The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct free and fair enquiry based on communication of Sub Collector/RDO, Paramakudi vide Na.Ka.No.P-2669-2024, dated 06.06.2024 by supervision of the first respondent and further direct to proceed in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the on the basis of the complaint given by the complainant, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.216 of 2024.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. 2/4
