Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is said to have given a complaint against one Mayakkal and three others before the Sellur Police Station. Even while the matter was being enquired into, Mayakkal and others gave counter complaint against the petitioner. At this stage, the petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute. The third respondent is directed to enquire into both the complaints and give disposal within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. W.P(MD)No.21148 of 2021 the enquiry, the matter is found to be purely civil in nature, the complaint shall be closed. If any complaint discloses that the commission of cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner, an FIR can be registered, but the petitioner will be given due notice of the same, so that, they will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. With these directions this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
