This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned punishment order.

2. It is seen from the punishment order that it was passed by the third and fourth respondents and it is seen from the impugned order that respondents 3,4, and 5 authorities are at Mumbai and the cause of action also arose in Mumbai. Therefore, this Court is not having any adjudication. The petitioner is granted with liberty to file before the appropriate fora.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
