This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.21 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai.

2.The defacto complainant/Saravanan and the victim/ Jeyasudha are present before this Court in person. They have been duly identified by Mr.R.Chella Pandi, Sub Inspector of Police attached to first respondent police station.
