Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus direct the 1st respondent to extend the auctioneer licence of the petitioner as was granted in respect of other similarly placed auctioneer licencees within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice] Learned Counsel for the appellants informs that the Criminal Miscellaneous case in Crl.MC.No.3605 of 2018, that was pending before the Kerala High Court has already been allowed. However, the issue with regard to the action taken against the respondent/writ petitioner is pending in two other writ petitions, being W.P.(MD). No.14505 of 2018 and W.P(MD).No.14506 of 2018.
2. In view of the aforesaid developments, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that it is not necessary now to further proceed with the matter without prejudice to the cause being adjudicated in the above two writ petitions.
3. This Writ Appeal is accordingly closed subject to the above. The Registry may list the said writ petitions before the appropriate Bench after Dussehra holidays. No costs.
