This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.163 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, and the same has been taken on file as J.C.No.144 of 2024.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
