ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.297 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police, and quash the same and in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.715 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
