PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire record pertaining to the Impugned Proceedings in Me 6 / 5500 / 19 of the 1st respondent dated 11.03.2019 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pay a sum of Rs.4,34,000/- ( Four lakhs Thirty Four Thousand only ) to the petitioner and continued to pay or refund, the entire educational expenditure / cost of my son viz., Naveenkumar ( aged 6/2021 ) (Aadhar No.3762-0036-0796 ) till his graduation, by way of Government Cheque in the name of "Subbulakshmi", within a reasonable time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition to quash the Impugned Proceedings in Me 6 / 5500 / 19 of the 1st respondent dated 11.03.2019 and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to pay a sum of Rs.4,34,000/- ( Four lakhs Thirty Four Thousand only ) to the petitioner and continued to pay or refund, the entire educational expenditure / cost of my son viz., Naveenkumar ( aged 6/2021 ) (Aadhar No. 3762-0036-0796 ) till his graduation, by way of Government Cheque in 2/5

the name of "Subbulakshmi", within a reasonable time prescribed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie.,05.02.2024) under the caption for clarification, the same was clarified and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has received the entire compensation amount.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there is no further adjudication necessary in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 05.02.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No vsg 3/5
