ORDER
This writ petition is filed as against the order passed by the first respondent in Ne.Mu.A4/1927/2023/A4, dated 29.07.2023, under the Patta Pass Book Act.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as against the impugned order dated 29.07.2023, the petitioner would invoke the revisional remedy available under the Patta Pass Book Act.
