ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin, to expedite the proceeding pending in C.O.S.No.05 of 2024, to dispose of the same within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudarsan, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner herein instituted a money suit in C.O.S.No.5 of 2024 against the respondents, seeking a direction to pay a sum of Rs.15,78,730/- along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said suit has been repeatedly adjourned for various reasons, without any substantial progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the petition.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in C.O.S.No.5 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
