PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Sessions Judge and Special Court for PCR Sivagangai to accept the surrender of the Petitioner in connection with the Crime No.286/2022, pending investigation on the file of second Respondent police and to consider and pass orders in the bail application on the same day.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge and Special Court for PCR Sivagangai to accept the surrender of the Petitioner in connection with the Crime No.286/2022, pending investigation on the file of second Respondent police and to consider and pass orders in the bail application on the same day.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that due to civil dispute there was a wordy quarrel between the Petitioners and the defacto complainant. Based on the private complaint given by the defacto complainant this case has been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence. He would further submit that A2 is having one previous case and A3 is having six previous cases. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge and Special Court for PCR Sivagangai within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court .
