ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2.

2. The first petitioner and the second petitioner fell in love with each other and subsequently got married. This was against the wishes of the respective parents. Apprehending threat at the instance of their parents, the petitioners have moved this Court seeking police protection.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the second respondent had summoned the third respondent as well as the fourth respondent and have obtained undertaking from them that they would not interfere with the marital life of the petitioners herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The second respondent is directed to ensure the physical safety of the petitioners herein. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
