ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction to the second respondent to correct the wrong entry made in respect of the petitioner's date of birth as 30.06.1994 in the second respondent's office as per the petitioner's school certificate, college certificate, aadhar card and driving licence issued by the government authorities, on the basis of the requisition issued by the third respondent 2/6
in his proceedings dated 06.11.2023, based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2024.

Heard Mr.K.P.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 4, Mr.A.Kathiravan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.G.Vidya Maheshwaran, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner claims that despite the fact that in his school certificate, college certificate, aadhar card and driving licence, his correct date of birth namely 30.06.1994 has been disclosed, there is a wrong entry made with regard to the petitioner's date of birth in the second respondent's office showing that the date of birth of the petitioner is 30.08.1994. The petitioner has given a representation on 31.08.2024 seeking to correct his date of birth recorded in the second respondent's 3/6
office. Since the second respondent has not passed orders on the petitioner's representation, he has filed this writ petition.
5. No prejudice will be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2024 seeking for correcting his date of birth as recorded in the second respondent's office from 30.08.1994 to 30.06.1994, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
