Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in condition No.ii to sign before the All Women Police Station, Tambaram daily at 10.30 a.m in respect of the 4th petitioner for a period of two weeks instead of condition imposed by this Honble Court by reporting before the 1st Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. in respect of the 4th petitioner for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
