ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the third respondent to accord protection so as to enable the petitioner to perform his duties

2. Since the petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional civil Court, I am not in a position to grant relief at present. However, it is seen that at the instance of the petitioner, Crime No.201 of 2021 has been registered on the file of the Karaiyur Police Station. It is seen that a case involves only the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(2) of IPC. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with aforesaid direction.
