Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 2.This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to register a case based on the petition mentioned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that pursuant to the petition mentioned direction, Crime No.2024 of 2021 was registered by the first respondent on 26.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 417, 420 and 506(i) of IPC.
