PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in C.C.No.828 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur against the petitioner herein and quash the same. O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in C.C.No.828 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur against the petitioner herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the examination of witnesses has been completed in this case and the case is now posted for questioning.

3. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition and all the grounds raised by the petitioner can be raised before the trial court which shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
