Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition, whereby the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Ramanathapuram made in Crl.O.P (MD).No.10758 of 2022, dated 17.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10758 of 2022, dated 17.06.2022 is modified to the effect that petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of District https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
