CRL MP(MD) No.11744 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13038 of 2022, dated 30.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Villivakkam V6 Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions if any remain unaltered.
