Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner actually filed the present writ petition on behalf of Arulmigu Narayanasamy Temple at Vallavanvilai Village in R.S.No.53/4C at Tirunelveli District. It is claimed that one Perumal Nadar had executed a gift settlement deed in favour of his son/Sivaji Ganesan by a registered settlement deed. In that particular gift deed, a land measuring 4 cents had also been gifted to Arulmigu Narayanasamy Temple. The petitioner herein is the poojari and naturally interested in ensuing that the lands gifted to the temple are protected.

3.In view of this particular aspect, he had given a representation on 06.10.2021. An obligation is placed on the second respondent/Tashildar, Thisaiyanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District to examine the representation, issue notice to the petitioner and also to anybody else concerned and thereafter, take a considered decision with respect to the requirements sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.21160 of 2021 by the petitioner in the said representation. The Tashildar may complete the entire exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
