ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.67 of 2024 on the file of the respondent before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.67 of 2024 on 17.05.2024 for the alleged offences under Section 427 IPC and Section 3 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have examined 2 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks three months time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
