PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.219 of 2022 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruvadanai Police Station, Ramanathapuram District to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D., Ramanathapuram District.

O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation has been conducted in Crime No.219 of 2022 by the respondent Police and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.701 of 2022. He would further submit that the case was ended in conviction.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
