2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. Further, final report has been filed in Special S.C.No.73 of 2023 before the concerned Special Court. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8823 of 2023 on 17.05.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned special Court on receipt of summons.
