This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her life and limb on the basis of the representation dated 05.07.2018

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05.07.2018, already police protection was granted to the petitioner. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the one more threat to her life and limb

3. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed . However the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint for fresh cause of action.
