Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating with the order of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No.4530/2017/A2, dated 09.05.2018, pertaining to the license given to the 2nd respondent for collecting the fee from the users of toilet and latrine situated in Ward No.9, Pettai Street in Bodinayakkanur and quash the same as it is illegal and in consequence to direct the 1st respondent to receive the bid amount

of Rs.21,930/- from the petitioner and to permit to collect fees from the toilet users in Ward No.9, Pettai Street in Bodinayakkanur. For Petitioner :

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
