This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in FIR No.175 of 2018 under Section 173 of Cr.P.C pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 178 of 2018 and also filed final report in CC No.950 of 2019 before the concerned court.
