This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.2540 of 2022, vide order dated 02.09.2022 with regard to the deposit of Rs. 4,50,000/- to the credit of the case in Crime No.251 of 2022 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition No.1 imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.2540 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.251 of 2022 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham". In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, shall remain unaltered. 2/4
