Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.A.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvidaimaruthur, Thanjavur District to accept the demand draft as the proof of payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5370 of 2022, dated 23.03.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5370 of 2022, dated 23.03.2022, is modified to the 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11805 of 2022 effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the District Siddha Medical Officer CCRI PKM, Account No.10767823177, IFSC Code : SBIN0000898, MICR CODE : 625002601, Branch: SBI Periyakulam. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvidaimaruthur, Thanjavur District, is directed to receive the receipt/acknowledgement and also accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner.
