ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 7 take stern action against the 8th respondent for constructing illegal and unauthorized pig farm in an agricultural land in Survey No.1057/2A by considering the representation dated 24.07.2025 and consequently remove the pig farm with immediate effect which is causing public health issue in the village.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
