ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to consider his representation dated 26.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It the case of the petitioner that he applied to the second respondent along with relevant document seeking permission for opening a start a fire crackers manufacturing factory. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the request made by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2024 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with Page No.2/4

law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
