PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Honourable Labour Court, Tirunelveli I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.D.No. 78 of 2020 dated 24.02.2023 and quash the same and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/4
