This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.599 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have already prepared the final report for dropping further action. The respondent is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to accept the same.
