This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 55 of 2018 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation officer.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 55 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police and also filed final report in CC No.212 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithurai.
