ORDER

When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submits that the undisputed amount has already been settled to the petitioner. A copy of the government order passed in this regard in GO(D)Ms.No.26 Higher Education (F1) Department, dated 03.02.2026 has also been furnished to the learned counsel for petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a short accommodation to get instructions.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Advocate General this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen this contempt petition, if necessary.
