The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property purchased by him in S.No.38/1B6 with an extent of 15 cents out of 30 cents in Kethaiyurumbu Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his online application No. 2024/0123/13/008709 dated 26.12.2024.
2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 14.09.2023 from one Suseela. The patta for the subject property jointly stands in the name of the petitioner's vendor and one Palanisamy in patta No.424. The petitioner submitted an 2/5
online application in application No.2024/0123/13/008709 dated 26.12.2024, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhar Palanisamy, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
