Division Bench in W.A.(MD)Nos.827 and 838 of 2022 etc batch. The government filed S.L.P.(Civil) Diary No.34679 of 2024 questioning the same. But the Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed SLP on 11.11.2024. There is no need to take a different view. The writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
