2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. There is no previous case pending against the petitoner.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, let the petitioner comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12191 of 2023 on 06.07.2023 for fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
