No. 6302/A4/AA4/2015 dated 10.04.2015 resuming two posts of Secondary Grade Teacher in so far as the petitioner's school is concerned, quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve the appointment of A.Eskalin Kala Rani as Secondary grade Teacher w.e.f 06.06.2014 and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary includes all monetary benefits.
