2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty before this Court to challenge the same in accordance with law.

3. This Court, after considering the rival submissions, grants liberty to the petitioner to challenge the fresh order dated 02.12.2020 passed by the first respondent in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
