PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the promotion list as on 01.01.2018 prepared for the Sankarankovil Block, Panchayat Union Middle School, Headmaster posts, prepared by the then A.E.E.O. Sankarankovil and A.A.E.E.O. Sankarankovil and the consequential promotion order promoting the fourth respondent issued by the second respondent vide No.Na.Ka.No.1817/A3/2018 dated 12.06.2018 and quash the same as void and not valid and thereby directing the second respondent to promote this petitioner as the Head Master of the Panchayat Union Middle School, Irumankulam in Sankarankovil Panchayat Union in Tirunelveli District.
