ORDER

Mr.K.R.Bharathi Kannan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2.The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to pay the pending amount of Rs.22,14,994/- along with interest of 18% per annum for the delayed payment, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.09.2023.

3.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 25.09.2023 for payment of Rs.22,14,994/- will be considered and disposed of on merits within six weeks. 4.Recording the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.09.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, the petitioner shall be heard before passing final orders.

5.With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
