This writ petition is filed challenging the Government order issued in G.O.MS.93 Health and Family Welfare(H2) Department dated 25.03.2015, in and by which, a direction was 2/5

issued to the petitioners to vacate their shops from the premises of Medical College Hospitals in Tamil Nadu.

2.Today(04.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that this writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the Government Order issued in G.O.(Ms.No.)194, Public Health and Welfare Department, dated 21.06.2022 and a copy of the Government order has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 04.01.2024 NCC: Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes vrn 3/5
