The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension. During the pendency of the writ petition, the order of suspension was revoked by the authorities concerned and the writ petitioner was reinstated in service. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
