The writ petition is filed as against the order of suspension dated 01.11.2021 passed by the third respondent on the ground that without issuing any show cause notice, the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondents and submits that a charge memo has been issued against the petitioner on 01.12.2021.

3. In view of further developments, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
