The order or suspension, dated 19.04.2015, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. The order of suspension reveals that the petitioner was placed under suspension for 35 days. Already five years lapsed. Thus, the order impugned do not exist, as of now. The disciplinary proceedings initiated has to be concluded as expeditiously as possible. As far as the present Writ Petition is concerned, the cause do not exist and accordingly stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
