Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAMAKRISHNAN.K.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16191 of 2021, dated 25.10.2021

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner has produced the copy of a letter received by the petitioner from Commanding Officer, 59th Inf Div.Sig.Regt, recalling the leave granted to the petitioner and he was directed to report duty by 18.00 hours on 23.11.2021 and that therefore, he was forced to.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions and is directed to appear on summons.

4.The petition is ordered accordingly.
