ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 25.08.2023 seeking to to call for the records pertaining to the Charge sheet in C.C.No.146 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukkottai in C.C.No.146 of 2015, dated 10.11.2023. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
