3. The writ petitioner is a retired Government servant. By the impugned memorandum dated 21.04.2014, the petitioner had been called upon to vacate the premises and handover the same. The petitioner gave a representation seeking extension of time. Since the petitioner's request was not accepted, the present writ petition came to be filed.

4. Memorandum was issued in April 2014. This writ petition was filed in January 2015. We are now in August 2023.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the house itself has become dilapidated and the petitioner has also vacated the premises. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
