ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed O.S.No.300 of 2005 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Kulithurai seeking the very same relief now sought for. The suit was dismissed on 19.01.2018. The petitioner is said to have filed First Appeal. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil proceedings.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
