ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.1981 of 2020 dated 02.03.2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 02.03.2022, the petitioner's name was removed from the History Sheet maintained by the respondent police station in H.S.No.219 of 2008 on 30.04.2022. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
